Best Surfing

All around conditions are best (ideal wind and swell) in the transition periods between the two monsoon seasons. These are: March thru May and late September thru November. Waves are at their biggest however, in the southeast monsoon period which is June through the beginning of September. The winds are unfortunately onshore coming in the same direction as the swell during the southeast monsoon period.

Weather: Two Monsoons per year - March thru May and September thru November - rain occurs during November/December period and surf is pretty flat.

Temperatures: Tropical Average temperatures range from 72 degrees to 94 degrees F. year round

Accommodations: Check with Seychelles Travel Companies for arrangement of hotels, villas, bed & breakfast, rental cars, etc

What to Bring:
Surf Board, swim wear, leash, rash guard, soft racks, reef booties, wax, sunscreen & mossie spray and casual evening wear.
